Surprisingly lightweight, these individual and stunning pieces are often referred to as 'wearable art'.  Moving effortlessly between casual and evening wear, they quickly become an essential tool in any accessory kit.  Constructed with sturdy, colour co-ordinated ribbons and an assortment of brass toned beads and natural stones.

This particular example is a confection of light and airy cream, champagne and natural ivory shades. The centre piece is carved with four butterflies and framed by a pair of long, slender beads decorated with floral engravings in black. Natural stone, faux pearls and silver toned beads woven into the folds of the ribbons add sparkle and unify the overall design. Sold with an extender that allows the necklace to expand from 18" to 24", this may be worn short over a dress, outside a shirt collar with a jacket, or very long with a favourite sweater.  These necklaces are easily compressed for packing, making them an ideal travel companion.
