INFORMATION ON AVAILABLE SHIPPING METHODS, AREAS SERVICED

By Ground: suitable for cooler climates, when lead time is adequate. We utilize Fed Ex Ground, UPS, or Purolator on smaller shipments and transport companies for skid shipments. If the climate is hot, we will ship by air or refrigerated trucks, which increases costs. However, during warmer weather, smaller orders may be shipped in special cartons equipped with cold packs for up to 3 days' travel time.

By Air: via Fed Ex, UPS or Purolator. These carriers are suitable for smaller and rush orders. We also recommend this method when the climate is hot, to ensure products arrive in good condition. If you have an account with any of these carriers, you may have the charges billed directly, to take advantage of any discounts you are entitled to.

Refrigerated trucking: utilized in hot weather and the carrier will be determined by your location. This is also cost effective on larger orders and in some situations, advisable in during cooler weather to take advantage of flat rate fees.

US shipments: are generally calculated with Fed Ex as the carrier of choice. This is appropriate for most smaller shipments and allows us to handle the warmer climate areas.  We are registered with the FDA, however you will be responsible for supplying accurate information regarding the business name, complete address, contact name and EIN number for the documentation required to process shipments through the border. Please allow 3 to 4 days' shipping time, plus applicable time for agency clearance.

International shipments: are available to Bermuda and most of the Caribbean Islands. Please allow about 3 to 4 days' shipping time, plus applicable time for agency clearance. Remember to provide us will all the necessary information required for documentation and agency clearance. It is your responsability to ensure the information provided is current and complete.

Seasonal orders: individual customer distribution may be handled through our logistics department, however you will be responsable for sending a spreadsheet with the company name, contact name, full address including any suite or floor numbers as well as the postal code, along with the contact telephone number for the courier waybills. We are not able to ship to PO boxes or Rural Route addresses. We will confirm that each parcel reaches its destination and will email a signature (if required) as an optional service.
