ART WORK

REQUIREMENTS FOR FILE FORMATS, MAXIMUM FILE SIZE AND MINIMUM QUALITY

Art work provided electronically must be vector art, in a file format suitable for PC's. The following formats are preferred:

• .CDR - CorelDraw (version 14 or earlier)
• .AI - Adobe Illustrator (CS4 or earlier)

 You may use .EPS (Encapsulated PostScript) ONLY if you are unable to provide one of the above. Please be sure to save the .EPS as vector artwork.

Art work must be black & white, without any gray or gradient areas. When we refer to ‘vector’ art, this means it is scalable and not a .gif, .tiff, .jpg, .bmp or other file format that is only suitable for viewing on a screen. If the art work sent is one of these formats, it must be traced into a vector art graphics program and you will be billed for the time required to redo the logo. If you do not have access to a scalable, vector art version of your logo, then please provide a large size PDF file that is of good quality when printed. This will help us in scanning to create a quality trace of the file.

Please do not zip or stuff the logo unless absolutely necessary as we are able to accept file sizes up to 10,000 KB through our email system.
